I know what it’s like to want to start a business, or to need a fresh set of eyes to provide suggestions for your current business. Where to begin? There are so many things to consider.
I have had several businesses that have been quite successful. I’ve been a Real Estate Broker and Insurance Broker with my own successful company. I’ve been a restaurant owner with several thriving locations. I’ve owned an entertainment business, where I have created, booked and performed live shows, in addition to managing touring, recording, publishing and education projects.
I’ve found that no matter what your product is, the basics of building and sustaining a business are the same. I hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration. I understand the theoretical aspects of business and I have a great deal of practical experience as a successful business woman.
I will meet with you for a series of four consultations to craft your business plan and other important assets for your business. Or we can meet on a one-time basis to fine-tune your plans. The choice is yours.
